Less than a 5 minute walk to public transport. 7 minute walk to local IGA, NQR, Post Office and numerous takeaway businesses.

For me the most important qualities in a housemate is honesty and being trustworthy. Personally Im not bothered if youre gay or straight or what age you are, a decent human being is all i expect. I'd prefer someone who works, for two reasons, namely...im home most of the time and paying rent and bills on time is less of an issue. I'd also appreciate a housemate contributing to shared items such as coffee, toilet paper etc. Good communication is the key to a successful living arrangement between housemates.
