Unit in Frankston walking distance to beach street shops, 7 minutes from the beach, 5m drive or 20m walk from the hospital and a 6m drive or 20m walk to the train station. It’s very close to PARC and input gym - both have saunas.
Kitchen has recently been renovated and includes a dishwasher and a large fridge with plenty of storage.
It is a 2 bedroom unit with one bathroom (shower and toilet are seperate). There is a laundry which leads to the back courtyard.
The garage is currently being used for storage which you’re welcome to also use. There is one car park outside the garage for you to use or street parking available.

Nebraska doesn’t like other dogs but once she gets to know them she is sweet. Description of pets
Nebraska is a 7 year old French bulldog. She spends most of her day sleeping but loves a big walk. She will greet you every day with a big smile and gives the best cuddles (very cuddly dog). As Neb is usually home alone during the day, she does toilet on a puppy pad but if you were to WFH then she will go outside. She doesn’t love other dogs but once she gets to know them she is sweet - her best friend is a little chihuahua. Preferably you don’t also have a pet as it can be a tedious process getting Neb to be comfortable with another dog.
