We've got our lovely fully furnished house located in a nice quiet court. Plenty of space to relax, kick back, or socialise. We've got a large deck with a BBQ, a sun room, a yard with fruit trees, and split systems in each bedroom.
We're very close to Karingal Hub, schools, cafes, Tafe, Monash Uni, Frankston leisure centre and less than 10 minutes away from Frankston main town and the beach! Super convenient freeway access to both Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula for work and weekend getaways.
We have our border collie Koda living here, who's always loving attention and walkies; he's mostly an outdoor dog.
