Description of the home
A warm, safe, and genuinely nice home is looking for a new housemate. Female preferred. Sorry no couples
AVAILABLE FROM 05/7
This is a bright, modern 3-bedroom house in a quiet part of Frankston North. The street is peaceful, the neighbours are chill, and you’re only a 5-minute drive (or a solid walk) to Monash Uni Peninsula campus. Shops and public transport are close by too.
The house has everything you’d need:
• Fireplace for winter
• Ceiling fans in every room + aircon in the living area
• Fully equipped kitchen (well used — especially the chilli flakes and Kewpie)
• Separate laundry with washer & dryer
• Backyard & garage
• Spare room for shared study or storage
• Your room can be furnished or unfurnished — up to you
• NBN internet
• TV & Xbox in the living room for wind-down evenings
Rent: $265/week
Bond: $1060
Bills: electricity, water, and internet are split evenly
References and recent payslips are required as part of the application.
If this sounds like your kind of place, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself 🙂

I love a random spontaneous hobby and a home that feels lived-in and creative. It’s not a party house, but it’s also not the kind of place where you feel like you have to whisper in the kitchen. I’m not looking for a “ships in the night” setup — more a home where people say hello, occasionally share a meal or a chat, and still have their own lives.
I do have a boyfriend who stays over a one to two nights a week. This is a one-room, one-person setup, so I’m not open to couples.
I have two cats:
• Anderson (8) — a slightly grumpy old man who mostly keeps to himself but is very friendly
• Suki (almost 1) — adventurous, affectionate, loves a cuddle but is good at respecting space
Because of the cats, I’m not currently open to any additional pets.
