Description of the home
The house is in Frankston South. Although the house has levels, the bedrooms and lounge/kitchen/deck etc are all on the one level, if you're not a fan of stairs. The layout is well suited to flatmates, which is one of the reasons we went for it! There are two bathrooms, and you would share with one other flatmate. We have a large kitchen and laundry, and several lounge/dining/family areas. We intend to keep the 5th bedroom as a spare room as it is smaller. Most of the common spaces have doors to keep the noise contained. There is a small deck at the front of the house, and a large one overlooking the gardens at the back. Part of the creek also runs through the property, and it is very quiet.
Bus stop is only a 5 minute walk and Frankston CBD is approx 10 mins drive.

Alex (Originally from Gold Coast) works as a Library teacher at a local school, shes quite introverted and enjoys reading, taking her dog on walks, the occasional tv binge and every now and then will venture into the city. I only see Alex on weekends due to our schedules
She is very sociable and will greet you with a little bark to say hello and then will want to follow you around and demand belly rubs!
Willow mostly spends her time with Alex unless she is at work then sometimes she will come and sit with you
