We are renting our 4 bedrooms individually. It has 2x bathrooms (includes a good sized ensuite).
Someone already living in there - male 47 a night shift worker - bus driver

We’re on Zodiac Way, Fraser Rise 3336.

Walking distance to Taylors Hill village shops such as Coles ,medical Centre , Chemist , KFC , Hungry Jacks, Pizza hut , Jetts gym , cafes , restaurants, Coin laundry, Asian groceries , Indian groceries, Nails, barber shops etc.

461 bus stop at the door step. Lot of people work in the city rely on this bus it has good frequency. It’s from Water-garden metro train station to Caroline Springs V-line train station.

2 x medium size bed rooms available with one shared bathroom and seperate toilet ($225 per week plus bills)
1 x large size ensuite with private bathroom ( $250 plus bills)

We are only renting 2 rooms as one (male 47) person already living in there.

Two primary schools and one secondary are just around the corner.

461 bus stop at the door step to Water Garden train station or Caroline Springs V-line station.

Beautiful leafy courty yard built with an alrefresco is great for relaxing.

Parking on court like street with more privacy.
