Your housemate is a 38 year old Male who is Friendly with a good sense of humor, a Non Smoker who works variable shifts in his Permanent Job. His very mild disability does not prevent him from getting out and about driving his own car, having an active social life with his many friends that share his Interest in Trains and going out to movies and sports events. Despite his independence he would benefit from a positive and supportive role model to share his home with.
Note: No personal care is required. In all typically only a few hours each week. Very easy and would be naturally occurring.
This would qualify you to claim a Stipend of $175.00 per week.
The Rent you pay is $465 per week plus Shared Utilities.
Less the Stipend you claim in arrears this effectively makes your NETT RENT OUTLAY $290 per week. …………..a great deal for such lovely accommodation.
