Friendly and considerate female looking to rent my spare bedroom (preferably to someone studying or in full-time employment).

I have a very sweet, social, and well-behaved young dog. He doesn’t make a lot of noise and is extremely clean.

I’m calm, kind, easy-going and can get along with just about anyone. More than happy to have a chat or share a meal, but also very mindful of respecting others privacy and personal space.
