This beautiful room in on the ground floor, next to kitchen. It has 2 entrances, 1 to the outside courtyard, and the other to the rest of the house. High ceiling, 2 large windows that have shutters, 2 chairs, desk, lamp, bedside table and carpet. Does not include bedding. Prefer to not have a couple, only a single person for the room. We have a spacious and very clean house for total 4 people. Close access to downstairs toilet and bathroom upstairs.

This is a beautiful quiet artist's home as well as owner occupied. Children's art classes are also conducted from the home studio by the owner. It is well located in the suburb of Glen Waverley, SE Melbourne. The street is quiet with adequate free parking available. It is close to to Glen Shopping Centre, coffee shop and milk bar in Willow Ave as well as all the cafes and restaurants in Kingsway, next to the Glen. There are good public transportation connections to Glen Waverley train station from Springvale Rd and Willow Ave.

About occupants
My current tenants are both male. 1 is mid 30's and the other mid 40's. The first 1 is from Columbia and will be studying english. He is currently working hard on building sites, earning enough money to pay for his english course.The other is an Aussie, and is studying for a career in social work. For myself, I am female and in my 60's. I am the home owner as well as living here. I am still working, teaching childrens art classes and Paint n Sip workshops. This is a creative and peaceful space for like minded people. I will be purchasing a small dog in the near future, but I do not want any other pets living here. NO smoking, drinking or drugs permitted in the house.
