This is a beautiful quiet artist's home as well as owner occupied. Children's art classes are also conducted from the home studio by the owner. It is well located in the suburb of Glen Waverley, SE Melbourne. The street is quiet with adequate free parking available. It is close to to Glen Shopping Centre, coffee shop and milk bar in Willow Ave as well as all the cafes and restaurants in Kingsway, next to the Glen. There are good public transportation connections to Glen Waverley train station from Springvale Rd and Willow Ave.

About occupants
Currently, there are 2 professional people in the house atm until the 12/07/26. The one that is not leaving is studying IT and is a professional cleaner. He is from Columbia, as is around 40+yo. The second person who is 52yo, has just recently bought her first house, and she will be moving out by the 12th July. For myself, the owner occupier, I am in my mid 60's, and still work part time teaching children's art classes, Paint n Sip and Mosaics. This is a quiet home, with loads of creativity and art, both in the garden and on the walls.
