You must be drug free including a non smoker in the house. You will need to be quiet and respectful around the home. This is not a party house although we can be rather sociable with dinner parties, outings and bicycle riding together.

You will be sharing with the easy going owner and his Australian family and Japanese partner. Three of which are at university. There maybe also other international students.
Two of the students live at the home only 50% of the time.
The owner is also a Volunteer Accommodation host for a non profit international peace movement organisation thus at time’s international multicultural members may stay over.
