Over the past 13 years, I have enjoyed living in my house that has easy access to many places. The neighbourhood is safe and there has not been any concerns.

The room on offer has been recently painted. It is the main room in the house and has a walk-in robe with on suite bathroom. New carpets have also been laid. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house.

We are close to West Street shopping strip that includes Woolworths, Cafe's, Butchers and Veggie Shop to mention a few. There is a park and Northern Golf course walking distance away. Easy access to a Medical Centre and the bus stop (2 minute walk) and 15 minute walk to Glenroy train station, Coles and other shops located on Pascoe Vale Road.

Tullamarine Airport is 13 minutes away and it is a 22 minute drive to Melbourne City.

It is a reasonably quite home, not the party type but rather socialising from time to time.

There is an outside BBQ (Baby Webber) and a sitting area to enjoy the sun on great days.

This is a clean tidy residence and there is on street parking. Garage parking is negotiable.

It is a smoke free house however smoking is allowed outside. No recreational drug use is allowed (not that it has ever happened, just putting it out there).

If you prefer to use your own bedroom furniture, this can be arranged.

I have listed the room accessible on 1 February 2021, however we can discuss earlier occupation.

Bills and expenses

The rental quoted ($250) is weekly and includes water, gas, electricity and the internet - all within reasonable use. The lounge area has a TV and is also connected to Netflix. The cleaning of communal area's are to be shared.

Mature professional, I am easy to get along with and prefer no dramas in my humble, respectful home.

I have opened and shared my home for many years now and have enjoyed the different personalities each stay has brought.
Being close to Tullamarine, I've had air hostesses and a barista who unfortunately lost their jobs to Covid and returned home to New Zealand.

I have two dogs, a medium and small, who are loveable and won't bother you if you nicely send them on their way. They are my responsibility and extremely special to me so if you don't like dogs then our home is not the home you are looking for.

This is a drama free house and I am looking for a friendly considerate person who has a positive attitude. I respect your space as much as you respect mine. It would be nice to socialise over a dinner or coffee. This is a clean house and cleaning will be shared on a weekly basis. I would prefer a person who is working fulltime but open to consider alternatives.
