Home Description
Description of the home
My house is a freshly renovated and fully furnished 3-bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and space for 2–3 cars. It’s cosy, clean, and has a great layout, including a front yard and a nice outdoor dining area out the back.
The bus stop is right outside, and it’s about a 15-minute walk to Glenroy Station—easy 30-minute trip into the city. Coles is a 3-minute drive away, with plenty of other shops and restaurants nearby.
There are a few parks and ovals within a short walk, and Merri Creek trail in Coburg is only 10 minutes away by car—my favourite spot for walks and runs.

I’m Jess, a 35-year-old queer woman who owns the home. I work full-time in a primary school and live a pretty active lifestyle—I’ve got a lot of energy, love to exercise, and enjoy being around people. I’m friendly, social, and vegetarian, and I really value a home that feels positive, respectful, and easy-going.
I’d love to live with someone who’s a good communicator, friendly, and up for the occasional chat or shared dinner. Having a friend or two over from time to time is totally welcome, but this isn’t a party house—more of a relaxed and homely vibe.
