My current housemate is amazing but has found a place to move in with his partner and her children so I'm looking for a new housemate to share this awesome space! You'll have your own room plus your own lounge and bathroom - and a private entrance too! It's all set up and ready to go, so you can just bring your bags and move in. We're in a quiet street, close to Watsonia and Greensborough stations, shops, and bus stops. Plus, there's a huge backyard and loads of cool places to discover nearby. I am currently waiting to get a split system installed in the bedroom too. Rent is negotiable. More interested in the right person over the right price.
