Hello!
Here’s some house info;
- The home is 4 bedrooms. Two rooms each!
- I am either looking for one single person, or a couple, to move in. $310 p/w price is for a single person
- You will be required to fill out a standard tenant application form, for the agent
- large kitchen, and huge backyard
- one bathroom, with a separate second toilet
- 5-10 min walk to Highett station
- room for two cars in driveway (pending schedules etc), and on-street parking
- bills are pretty standard and reasonable
- looking for somebody able to stay for at least 6 months, ideally 12
Note — doggo here, can’t accept another animal.
