Description of the home
Hi there!
We’re looking for a housemate to move into our spacious and homey house in Hampton East.
It is a large room- available July 13th.
An ideal location - on a quiet street, we are a 5-minute walk to Moorabbin station (38 min ride to city) as well as Woolworths and cafes.
Only 5-10 min drive to the beach! 🏖 and 5 min drive to Southland 🛍
The room is spacious (4 metres x 3 metres) with a wardrobe.
There’s room for a desk if you need to work from home.
You’ll be living with 2 other flatmates (37f y/o and 25f y/o), one small loveable dog and our plant collection. 🪴
The fourth bedroom is being used as an office as one of us WFH and the other works in the office part-time.
There’s off street parking available if you have a car. Our shared TV has most streaming services.
Rent is $1100 per month. Includes internet. Bond is $1100 (to secure the room, bond is paid before move on date)
Bills and household expenses (e.g. sponges and detergent) come monthly and are split evenly – these are around $80-$100/month. We have a fortnightly cleaning roster.
If you're interested, please send us message, we look forward to hearing from you :)

I have a small dachshund called George, he loves people and cuddles.
We are all pretty sociable so would prefer people who enjoy a chat, but who also respect each others space and privacy when needed - the norm i guess! :)
We would prefer to have a female non-smoker, someone who is looking for somewhere long term, AND another dog is a possibility!
**Must have had previous experience living out of home, and have a steady job.**
Hope to hear from you soon :)
