About occupants
I am currently the only occupant residing in this property; 36yo and employed full-time. I'm not home all that often as I work long hours and gym most days, and weekends are usually fairly booked up with social engagements, so a prospective occupant would have a lot of time to enjoy the shared space to themselves. I do arrange social gatherings at the property from time to time (approx once a fortnight) and will happily coordinate social calendars with a housemate to ensure that we can all enjoy the space and our respective social lives. I take great pride in the state of the furniture, cookware and interiors (floors, walls, carpet, etc.) and expect a fellow housemate to do the same.
Compatible people
I am looking for someone who is respectful of their fellow housemates and the property in terms of noise, tidyness/cleanliness, and communication. Someone who has their own social life but is also not afraid to socialise if the opportunity arises. Steadily employed and timely with rent/bills.
