Hi there!

Due to privacy reasons, I haven't shared the photos here. But if you happen to like the profile, I am happy to share them separately with you.

A big 2 bed-room apartment accommodating one large living room, separate kitchen and balcony via living room and not bedrooms (without blocking any of our privacy). Since kitchen is seprate space from the living area we have plenty of space to move around. Bathroom and toilet (each 1) are also separate.

While the room is all yours, you will be sharing the common areas with me.

There is a tram-stop right at the door-step which takes you straight to the city or other way to camberwell junction where you can find Woolies, Coles, Kmart, ALDI, plenty cafes and restaurants also making it very convenient for you if you happen to work in the city.

Your room will get the room with the bigger window, brining plenty of natural light and a pre-installed heater to keep you cozy in this chilly weather. There are also pre-installed wardrobes.

Brownie points if you have any living room furniture, else I am planning to purchase it anyway. Happy to negotiate the rent if we both are compatible.
