About the house: it’s a cosy 3 bedroom double story unit with a carport and small backyard. Lots of natural light, lots of storage in each room and lots of cupboard space. Bbq out the back and also a fire pit. Big clothes line. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, A/C downstairs and oil heater also. 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. The rooms will be unfurnished, however, I have a spare queen bed frame which would JUST fit
