Welcome to a Well-Loved Home in Heathmont

Two rooms are available in this quiet, well-maintained share house — not your average share house, and not a fly-by-night setup either. This is a long-term, low-stress home for the right housemates.

Great location
Only 5 minutes from Heathmont Station, or 15–20 minutes to Ringwood Station, supermarkets, and other shops — all within walking distance if you'd prefer to walk rather than drive.

The property
A comfortable home with genuine everyday extras: refrigerated heating and cooling throughout, a lounge area, and an enclosed glass alfresco with BBQ facilities — great for relaxing or entertaining. There's a separate laundry, and the bathroom (with separate bath, shower, and toilet) is shared between just two renters, as the primary renter has their own ensuite in the main bedroom.

Parking
Driveway parking is available, plus a separate carport covering one single car. There's also potential for a garage parking arrangement, available to the first tenant to move in alongside the primary renter.

Upkeep, taken care of
A weekly gardener maintains the grounds, and a long-term, quality cleaner keeps communal areas in order (cost split between tenants). In between cleans, tenants are simply expected to clean as they go in shared spaces and keep their own room tidy.

What's included
$300 per week, per room, all-inclusive — electricity, gas, water, and NBN internet are all covered in one simple weekly amount, with no surprise bills. Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished; a bed and drawers are available on request if needed.

The arrangement
A formal tenancy agreement and bond apply, with a 3-month minimum stay. Rent Assistance eligibility applies for this property.

Your housemate
You'll be sharing with Rob — relaxed, easy-going, works three days a week, and spends his free time at the gym. He keeps the house in great shape and is looking for housemates who are tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and good neighbours.

Who's welcome
Friendly dogs are very welcome. The home is also welcoming of couples, students, retirees, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
