I have a private bedroom available in a clean, quiet house in Heidelberg West.
This private bedroom comes with own bathroom (with a bath) as well as your own private living room area.
Bills are included rent (internet, electricity, gas, water).
I already have Netflix and Prime Video which you could use.
The house is spacious and you can have your own privacy. We will be only sharing the kitchen and the living room.
If you, like me, also enjoy binge watching TV series or spending time cooking and maintaining you living space tidy and clean then I am sure we will be great housemates.

Located close to Northland Shopping mall and Latrobe University, this house is 200m walk to public transport with buses direct to Heidelberg or Ivanhoe train station or the city if you prefer just to take one bus.

Supermarket (ALDI), cafes and medical centres are just a walking distance from you.

Darebin creek is also nearby if you enjoy spending time around green areas.

The house has split system in all dorms and common areas. Kitchen has 4 burner gas stove, fan-forced oven. Kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher. Landry room has a washing machine.
