Looking for a housemate to share my large, beautifully maintained five-bedroom home in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood in Hoppers Crossing.
The home is fully furnished with two living areas, multiple unused rooms, and a warm, creative, and welcoming vibe. You’ll have your own private bathroom and toilet, plus off-street parking in a long driveway.

• Evaporative cooling & gas heating (living areas)
• Indoor & outdoor fireplaces
• Cleaner can be arranged fortnightly or monthly
• Shared kitchen- with kettle, gas cooktop, industrial oven, brand new spacious fridge and microwave.
•. Large 9kg washing machine and laundry.
• Secured with home CCTV surveillance all year round, surrounding the home.

Rent excludes: water, electricity, gas & internet. It will be a shared.
