No smoking inside the property
Strict no illicit drug use or substance use on the premises
Breaches of house rules will be treated seriously and may result in termination of the arrangement in accordance with Victorian tenancy laws and required notice periods.

No pets
Visitors to leave by 11pm
Clean up after yourself and maintain shared areas at all times
No shoes to be worn inside.
