Room for rent in Ivanhoe right beside the beautiful Darebin Creek! I am in my early 40's, single and have an incredibly social puppy Ryder who is 7 months old, so it's important that you love dogs 🐶
The townhouse has 2 bedrooms, is fully furnished except for the room for rent. I work from home 2 days a week and pretty social on weekends. I have a passion for music and nature, starting each day with a walk beside the beautiful river, forgetting that I live in a city 😊 It's a very quiet street so you will wake up to birds chirping instead of the sound of traffic!
