I have quite a busy life, my passion is a small hobby farm that I love to spend weekends at (& hopefully some more time during the week). I am Social, I love dancing, Tango mostly (such a timeless dance) I also Salsa, I like to cook when I have time witch unfortunatly isn’t very often. I keep active at the Gym a few times a week. I also love travelling & spending time with my partner.
I am Friendly, easy going, tidy and respectful of others space but I’m always up for a chat, a cocktail or a movie night if our time aligns.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, relaxed, who is also clean, respectful and enjoys a calm home environment, someone who is comfortable with or without company (as I am away quite a lot).
I would prefer a female, but open to meeting a man (straight or gay applicants welcome) Age 35 - upwards …. . preferable a professional
My home is located in a quite leafy street in Ivanhoe with a 5 minute walk to the Train station and other public transport as well as some lovely little caffes. My home is fully furnished as is the room I am looking to let. There is the option of a car space and plenty on the street parking. I have a small Court Yard area, heating, air conditioning and Wifi.

Prefer NON Smokers or if you don’t mind a smoker put ok to smoke outside

The rent will be inclusive of all the bills at $350 Per week, with a minimum stay of 3 months
