3 bedroom townhouse. The shared living spaces include living room and kitchen, laundry with extra toilet, a garage which we use for storage and a little courtyard.
Looking for someone to rent one room with private bathroom.
You’ll be living with me - 34/f and my boyfriend 33/m. We occupy the master + ensuite and another room as our home office. You’d have the third bedroom with your own bathroom.
Amazing location - very close to Kensington station, walking distance to shops and supermarket along racecourse road, close to the 57 tram. Nice leafy street and neighbourhood.

I’m 34 years old, work a 9-5 job as a project manager,WFH 2 days per week, and generally lead a chill lifestyle.
I like going to the gym and jogging on weekends, cooking, socialising with friends - mostly outside of the house, and occasionally go and visit family on regional Victoria.
My boyfriend will also be moving into the master room with me and we’ll take one of the other rooms as a home office. That leaves you with a bedroom + private bathroom.
My boyfriend is much the same.
