I’m looking for a lovely person or couple to take over my rooms in this beautiful light-filled three bedroom home in Kew.

You’ll be sharing the lease with Ash 🦋 — genuinely one of the kindest humans I know and such a dream to live with — plus her tiny Chihuahua Rudy.

I’ve recently moved in with my partner and already miss this house so much. We’d really love to find someone who fits the warm, calm, welcoming energy of the home.

The space includes:
• Two bedrooms (I currently use the second as a study/work room)
• Built-in robes in the main bedroom
• Beautiful natural light throughout
• Wooden floors
• Courtyard + garage with plenty of space
• Amazing neighbours and a super sweet landlord who lives nearby and is always happy to help (including taking the bins out sometimes hahaha)

The location is incredible — right near parks, cafés and just off the 109 tram. Super easy access to the CBD, Abbotsford, Collingwood and Fitzroy:
• Around 15–20 mins by car
• Around 25–30 mins via tram

There’s also the option for a full lease takeover later this year, as Ash will likely be moving within the next few months.
