The bathroom across the hall is yours to exclusively use most of the time, it is sometimes shared when we have guests and all housemates share the bath.
You also have use of shared cupboard in the hallway outside your room and use of storage space in the garage below the house.

We're located in Kew, in a quiet street five mins walk from Yarra bushland, bats and cockatoos, but also an easy walk to shops and public transport. Our home is a two-storey, spacious brick house on a hill with two large sunny lounges, great garden & outdoor spaces, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large kitchen and garage. Our most recent additions are an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Yeah!
The Room is medium sized, upstairs with a huge built-in wardrobe and north-facing treetop views. You’d have your own bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath across the hallway.
Rent is $1,256/month ($284/week) + bills.
For now, it's discounted to $1,056/month + bills for about three months while two short-term guests stay with us.
