Hey there! We have a Master suite up for grabs in a sunny, spacious house over in Kew East from June 1st.
☀ THE ROOM:
It's a decent size, 5.8 x 3.8, unfurnished, big enough for a queen/king bed, side tables, and even a desk without feeling cramped. Loads of natural light; you've got direct access to the house entrance and front garden, which could totally be your own semi-private chill spot. Plus, lots of storage! A mirrored dressing table, and a spacious walk-in closet. You've also got your own private bathroom, with double access from the walk-in closet or outside the room.
Rent will be around $407 per week for singles; or $445 per week for couples (’m trying to negotiate the rent increase fee, so it might end up being cheaper). Available from June 1st but flexible to an earlier date for the right person – this is a 12-month lease.

You'll be sharing with me and Lilo, my dog. I'm Bea (she/her), mid-twenties. I work as a Contract Officer in International Development while also diving into my first year of a Global Studies degree. Life's hectic right now, but I still find time to slow down and enjoy some cooking, movie nights, meditation, coffee walks, outdoors, etc. I'm super easy with sharing spaces and value communication. I'll always respect your privacy but am down for hangouts over dinner whenever you're up for it. My interests lie in social justice, nature, feminism, music, art, and sustainability, so it'd be awesome to connect with someone who's on the same page.
As for Lilo, she's a 2 yrs old fully trained indoor/outdoor chocolate lab with the most calming, friendly, and passionate personality. She's not reactive or prone to barking, but she'll give you a heads-up if something is at the door.
