The townhouse is 2-storey with an open plan lounge room, dining area and kitchen downstairs with 3 bedrooms upstairs.
The bedrooms to rent have natural light and great views onto the Dandenongs. There is a shared bathroom for the two bedrooms upstairs with an extra toilet downstairs next to the laundry. There is a washing line outside. There is also a small sitting room upstairs which is currently unused. The house has a deck located out the back door.
