Description of the home

This is a 3 bedroom + study, 2 bathroom home in Kilsyth South. It's in a very nice family area with lots of walking and riding tracks and plenty of trees. It's also a very short walk to a bus that goes between Croydon and Boronia stations.
The home is only medium size however board includes a 3.3x3.5 bedroom AND a 3.0x2.9 bedroom. Both have double wardrobes. You can use the second room for a study or whatever you like. There is also your own bathroom with separate toilet included. These areas can be closed off to the rest of the house so you essentially have exclusive use of this area.
The rest of the house has a lounge, kitchen, laundry and family area which are shared. You are obviously more than welcome to use these areas. The laundry is in your part of the house however I only use it briefly on the weekend. There is a front load washer but no dryer. There is a clothesline outside or alternatively a big undercover area you can use for drying.
There is a single bed available if you want it (currently not in the room). Parking is off street.
This is not what you'd call a share house - the only other person living here is myself (owner).
