Description of the home

Our third housemate is shacking up with his girlfriend, so the third bedroom of our quirky Lalor sharehouse is open for inspections!

Do you like dogs? Cats? Chickens? Board games? Gin?! This house is the house for you!

The house is a three bedroom-plus-bungalow situation, with a large patio and an expansive backyard full of fruit trees. There's a chicken coop set-up towards the rear of the yard, with three happy hens (and currently five baby chicks) clucking about. Tucked away nearby is our 'crypt' - a moody little room with a beautiful table setting and an old (but functioning) fireplace, which we mostly play board games in. The main part of the house is well-established and fully furnished.

Rent is $125/week ($545/month), Bond is $500. Bills are not included in rent, but split evenly (Gas, Water, Internet, Power). Please be aware that this place is not available until the 7th of June.

The bedroom is unfurnished and features a built-in robe and ducted heating, as well as an untested TV antenna port if terrestrial TV is your jive. It fits a queen bed, but a king bed might be pushing it.

Bills and expenses

Rent is $125 per week, bills are not included.
All bills are split evenly between us and include electricity, gas, water and internet.
