Seeking a young individual, 20-30's.
No couples, no pets (however, small tank animals are okay). This is a non negotiable - please do no enquire if you do not fit this criteria.

Located in Langwarrin a 5 minute drive from Karingal Hub and a 2 minute walk from local cafes!

The townhouse is located in a quite block with plenty of on street parking and onsite guest parking.

The downstairs area includes a seperate lounge and large open plan kitchen and dining area leading out to a small enclosed courtyard.
A guest bathroom and laundry are located downstairs.

Upstairs is the master bedroom, second bedroom with attached bathroom and third bedroom (room for rent). Second bedroom and third bedroom share a bathroom.

The room has its own split system, double wardrobe and use of the jack and jill bathroom.

Housemates:
Simone, 26, works full time in IT sector and studying nursing.
Abbey, 25, works full time as a tattoo artist.
Astro and Goth - two indoor cats (with access to enclosed outdoor area).

Room 3:
Bond required.
Wifi and utilities are split.
