I have a brand new property getting settled at the beginning of May. The rent price does not include utilities/internet as I won't know those details till after moving in but they will be split evenly between all tenants one of which will be myself.

I'm looking for 2 male housemates ages 24 - 36. I'm looking for people who are respectful and clean up after themselves. Also please note that this will not be a party house.
