Hi there!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our cosy and well-kept home in Maidstone.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and spacious living and dining areas. There’s also a large backyard with fruit trees – perfect for relaxing or enjoying a sunny day.
We also have solar panels, which help keep energy costs low and are great for the environment.

🛏 About the room 1:
The Large room ($1220/month) is fully furnished and features:
• A comfortable Queen bed (hotel quality)
• Large wardrobe
• Study/work desk and chair
• Bedside table
• Fan and oil heater
💰 Rent & bond:
• Rent: $1220/month, paid on the 5th of each month
• Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are split equally
• Bond: one month’s rent (required to secure the room)

The Small room ($1000/month) is fully furnished and features:
• A comfortable Queen bed (hotel quality)
• Small wardrobe
• Study/work desk and chair
• Bedside table
• Fan and oil heater

• Rent: $1000/month, paid on the 5th of each month
• Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are split equally
• Bond: one month’s rent

👋 About us:
You’ll be sharing the home with me (David) and my two friendly, well-trained Japanese Akitas.
I work full-time as a Head Chef in Toorak, and I’m an organized, tidy, and respectful housemate. We keep the house clean and do a weekly deep clean to maintain a pleasant space for everyone.

Maidstone is a lovely and convenient suburb whether you work or study.
• 15 minutes to the city by car, or 30 minutes by public transport
• Bus stops (routes 410 and 223) just 1 minute away, connecting to Footscray Station or directly to the city
• Aldi, Highpoint Shopping Centre, petrol stations, clinics, and restaurants all within walking distance

Bills and expenses

Water, power and gas utility bills is always shared between, which on average is $50 per person each month.
We normally clean the house every weekend but the house is well kept normally - no cost for hiring a cleaner.
The bond is required to secure the room and the monthly rent is paid on the 5th every month.
