THE HOUSE
We have moved into a new modern double story home in Malvern East. The house is filled with natural light, and high ceilings.
Everything in the home is provided, bbq, wash machine, dryer, lounge, tv , gas fireplace and roof fans.

This room is on the second floor and will be empty, so bring your own bedroom furniture.

LOCATION
The home is located 5 mins walk to the train station (East Malvern Train station), and 5 mins drive to M1 freeway. It also has a bus down the road and Chadstone shopping centre is very near. The street is leafy and there is ample free car spaces to park your car for free.
