This home is fully furnished (except for the spare bedroom), which comes with built-in robes, air conditioner/heater, and a private balcony with a view of the north-eastern skyline.

Bedrooms and shared bathroom with toilet upstairs, combined living area, dining bench and kitchen downstairs which also leads out to a small laundry, second toilet and little courtyard with a clothesline. Security alarm and video surveillance at property.

This is a permit parking area so if you do have a car, we can arrange a parking permit from the council.

You'll be across the street from Highpoint Shopping Centre, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and within 5-10 minutes of bus and tram lines.

Maribyrnong river is down the street from us and you'll be less than 5 min walk to Maribyrnong Aquatic Centre.
