I’ve priced this so the bills are included in the rent, but I’m happy to negotiate differently if you prefer to split bills 50/50
Can also remove bedroom furniture if you need it unfurnished and we can move the furniture to the study or garage - can be negotiated

3 bedroom house located up the hill in McCrae (near Arthur’s Seat). The house is in a quiet street near the national park. The property is on a large block with bushland at the rear.
Mountain and beach views, huge wrap around balcony, heaps of bush life around the property.
Includes - ducted heating and air conditioning throughout, freestanding fire place in lounge, bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet, laundry with washing machine and dryer. Open plan lounge, kitchen and dining with beach views.
Additional covered rear deck with outdoor lounge set up.
Plenty of space for parking, there is a garage but I use it as a studio for my art. There are two additional storage areas under house and deck with plenty of fire wood for us to use for the winter.
There is also a study I am using for sewing and painting occasionally, I am happy to share this space with you if you would like to set up a home office.

Layla is an indoor/outdoor cat. She keeps to herself unless she is hungry. She doesn’t bite or scratch and spends most of her time outside or sleeping.
