Hi, I’m Tabitha - a tradie lady by day, true crime enthusiast by night, and full-time enemy of dirt (as that's my day job)
I run my own car mobile detailing business, so I spend my days turning absolute disasters into something respectable again Which means when I come home… I’d really prefer it doesn’t look like one of my “before” jobs 😅

I’ve got a horse 🐴 (no, it doesn’t live inside… it’s been told repeatedly) I love roller skating, snorkelling most shows that are on Brit Box and have an unhealthy amount of succulent plants. I am a total petrol head so if you're into cars that's brilliant and I regularly fall asleep to murder podcasts like it’s completely normal behaviour. I also have a tiny Chihuahua that's attached to me and follows me around. Other hobbies are being arty (used to be a book illustrator and cartoonist) and used to be a venomous snake handler but I don't do any of those activities anymore.

Personality check:
• Easygoing, but not accepting applications for chaos
• Friendly, but I also enjoy peace, quiet, and not talking sometimes 😂
• Low drama, high tolerance for humour, sometimes I can be a bit dry and dark ;P

The house vibe:
Think less “share house circus” and more “everyone has their life together… mostly.”

• Clean enough that you’re not questioning your life choices
• Calm, relaxed, no random people appearing out of nowhere, however visitors are welcome with a heads up beforehand
• A place you actually want to come home to

Important life skills required:
• Washing dishes within a 24-hour window (generous, I know)
• Ability to locate and replace a toilet roll without assistance
• Not leaving mysterious science experiments in the fridge
• Understanding that “I’ll do it later” is a dangerous personality trait

Living with me gets you:
• A tidy, peaceful home (no goblin behaviour allowed)
• A housemate who works hard, has her own life, and respects yours
• No passive-aggressive notes — just normal adult communication

Also note I do also work from home which my carport is a dedicated workspace so occasionally random cars will appear that I will be working on (so during business hours there maybe noises from downstairs)

Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate who is:
• House-trained (non-negotiable 😂)
• Doesn’t leave dishes “to soak” for 3–5 business days
• Enjoys a clean, calm home but isn’t afraid of a laugh

Bonus points if you like animals, don’t mind the occasional chaos, and respect each other’s space.

Basically… be a decent human and we’ll get along great

I have a tiny dog the size of a Tissue box, he is a social and friendly Chihuahua and called Munchie Mendez, he is pretty much my shadow and follows me to the end of the earth, his hobbies include going to work with mum, and sitting like a gargoyle on the deck and being security. I also have two exotic parrots who live outside, they do talk and know some naughty words - I also have a Clydesdale horse but it doesn't live here.
