This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom you will get your own bedroom and will be sharing the apartement with me I am an international student been living in CBD for 4 years now doing my degree. I love matcha 🍵 not a party girl and working most of the time, as well as I have a cat his name is sky 🤍, he is a nice rag-doll which very friendly and calm he loves to be lazy and sleep.

Available 14th of Dec min and max rent 6 months.

The rent is $355 weekly without bills for 2 months but after it will be $369 bills will be splitting, the bond is $758. The buildings has a swimming pool with sauna, sky lounge, and cinema room. Located 3 mins walks to Melb central station 5 mins to Qvm and 1mins across to Elizabeth street which has a bunch of restaurants and great location for RMIT students only 3 mins walks.
