The bond would be of 4 weeks of rent 2120 AUD or 2240 AUD (room with private bathroom) if neither of the couple have payslips or if they do have payslips, 3 weeks of rent as a bond.

All people that are going to be in the house need to be very respectful, tidy, clean and responsable.

I am looking for long term contract of at least 6 months of stay.
