- it is super quiet, i slept soundly honestly

ABOUT THE LOCATION:
The BIG pro of this flat is its location, at the heart of the CBD. Check out the pictures:
- bars, restaurants and cafes everywhere nearby
- groceries stores everywhere (aldi, coles, woolworth, big w, …) and the biggest malls in mel 10min away on foot
- the 2 biggest libraries in the city (i’ve spent the past 3mo working remotely in them)
- the 2 nicest museums (NGV and Museum of Melbourne) are a 20-min walk at most

Bills and expenses
The bills are included in the rent (water, electricity, internet, ...). The big positive is the internet. I'm a digital nomad working remotely and i've never had to complain about it - whether for work or a netflix session.
