Other information
I need to use part of the wardrobe for storage but it is a very large wardrobe so you should still have plenty of space.

The room has a single bed and a bedside table. There is enough room for a chest of drawers or a desk.

I'm offering cheap rent in exchange for taking care of household chores (e.g. grocery shopping, laundry and ironing, cleaning, meal prep etc.). The room would normally rent for $350 per week, so you can save about $250 for around 7-8 hours of chores each week (I've got a list, they're pretty simple).
