Hi everyone,

I live with my best friend and we're from France.
We want to leave our double room, from 1st June.
We're looking for two persons to substitute us.

So, there are two double bedrooms in this flat, yours and the one with two students : a turkish man and a german man.
They are really so nice and welcoming.

The flat is equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, a TV and all the amenities you need for a perfect life (shower, toilet, washing machine, etc.)
You also have a view of the balcony where you can smoke, if you wish.

It will be with pleasure to discover you this flat and building's facilities include two swimming pools, two sports halls, a sauna, an outdoor living area and a view of the Marvel Stadium.

You will have the opportunity to be located from Coles and several fast-foods and restaurants.

I am available all the week for any inspection.
