This beautiful and fancy building is located in one of the best city’s places to access everything in few minutes, its location is in front of southerncross station, which also has Coles, wooldworths, chemist, foot court, liquor shops and more, the area is surrendered for many restaurants and pubs, 8 min away by tram from CBD and RMIT University, 5 min away by tram from Docklands where you can find the best views for sunrises and sunsets next to the harbour. Also it counts with all facilities (more than you can imagine). ☺️
For now, there’s available both beds in the shared room, and with a possibility for the bed in the private room from the living room. (As you can see in the pictures).
