Renting out a spare bedroom and en-suite in my 2bed 2bath apartment in the CBD.
The building is situated 5 minutes to Southern Cross Station, and city trams, making it very accessible to public transport.
The building itself is part of a 4-building compound which has downstairs cafes and a lot of amenities including sauna, pool, gym, cinema rooms and a library.
Rent advertised as $500/week
Availability from 27th Feb but can be negotiated for sooner if needed.
For myself I’ll be staying in one of the bedrooms. I’m a clean, tidy individual who is a working professional, sociable but also can respect your own time.
Looking for a flatmate who has same preferences too
No pets unfortunately please
There is no car parking space but I can try source one for you through the apartment app where they may have some availability for car parking space in the underground of the buildings for 85/weekly
