This place is right in the city (Elizabeth St), super convenient for uni, work, transport, everything. The apartment itself is modern, has good natural light, and has a really calm, neutral vibe. I try to keep them all really clean, well set up, and actually nice to live in, not just crammed rooms. There will also be a cleaner who comes by every 1-2 weeks to maintain the shared areas.

The rooms are simple but done nicely (clean, styled, comfortable), and the common areas are set up to feel homely rather than the messy, share-house energy.

You will also have access to the building's amenities, which include 24/7 concierge/security, pool, gym, sauna, steam room, cinema, BBQ area, and entertainment rooms.

Bills are $30 per week, which covers all utilities (electricity, water, gas, high-speed internet), cleaning, and household cleaning products.
