This isn’t just a house it’s an opportunity to live somewhere you’ll love with long term stability and security if that’s something you want. I will advocate that, it is a strong preference of mine to have someone whom is looking for long term accommodation minimum of a year than someone who only requires short term accommodation, however I am entirely considerate to both. The newly established neighbourhood is surrounded by great people providing a safe and peaceful place overlooking the beautiful views of the wier.

A little about me: I am a single 29 year old female. I currently work and have a strong decades worth of experience working within the warehousing & logistics industry and thoroughly enjoy what I do on the day to day. When I’m not working I like to spend time with my family, hit the gym when possible and enjoy the little simple pleasures of life eating out, shopping and on the odd occasion having a social drink and new food venture.
As for my other flatmate, we’re an easygoing bunch! Em whom is 21 is also employed on a full time day shift fulfilling her role at a local bakery/cafe. She is generally quiet, polite and respectful in nature, she is dedicated to training on the daily after her working commitments. She is super lovely, kind, friendly and approachable and isn’t too introverted or afraid to engage in having a friendly, wholesome chat. Em has resided in my home now for 4-5 months now and I would describe her as nothing short of the perfect roommate being clean, tidy, quiet, mindful, well mannered, funny and respectful what more could a homeowner want or need. 🙏🏼
We’re both highly respectful of each other’s space and love having a seperate balanced mix of work and chill evenings to unwind in our own and shared spaces. If you’re looking for a comfortable, cozy and welcoming place to call and feel like your home, I’d really love to hear from you!
