One shared bathroom and toilet (plans to build two additional bathrooms in the future).

Furnished living areas with comfortable sofas, a television, and a dining table.
All essential amenities available, including kitchen appliances, plates, and glassware.
Room Availability
One furnished bedroom is available for rent.
The house is currently shared with two other housemates.
Due to the single bathroom setup, the available room is for a single male tenant only at this time.
I often share food, and we can enjoy meals together like a family.
I am an easy-going person and value a peaceful, home-like environment.
Location & Accessibility
Train station: 15-20 minutes' walk.
Public bus stop: 5 minutes' walk.
Shopping center and park: Within a reasonable distance.
Rental Terms
Must have a reliable source of income.
Rent to be paid at the beginning of each week, fortnight, or month.
A security deposit equivalent to two weeks' rent is required.
