I am looking for someone who is mature, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of others they are sharing with. (Selfish people with attitude need not apply) I need a non-smoker, non- drinker, and someone who enjoys cooking for others (optional) and in turn enjoys others cooking for them (optional). Someone who pays their rent on time, someone who is basically quiet, but friendly. Although I have a cleaner coming in once a fortnight, she doesn't clean your rooms and chores such as cooking, dishwashing, disposal of garbage to outside bins, and bins being put out weekly need to be shared, etc. Everyone has to do their bit. I also have a few basic house rules that need to be followed. These will be discussed upon our meeting. Older people are Welcome too.
Description of pets
Don't have any pets, but from time to time, I bring my Mother's Dog over for a day or two. She is small & friendly, but timid dog, a little Jack Russell, who likes to bark at people walking past the house. She doesn't bite, and is house trained. She is friendly and will try to make friends with you as she likes a lot of attention. LOL!!
