Large two storey home in a fantastic location in Mentone. Only 15 minute walk to Mentone Beach and 3 minute walk to Mentone Shopping Centre (off Nepean Highway). Our home is very spacious with plenty off street parking. We do have a double garage but both our cars are in it, but can used if we aren’t there . Home is spacious, tidy and clean and low maintenance we have a courtyard and balcony.
The house is fully furnished, except for your bedroom however if you have furniture you are more than welcome to bring it as we live in a large two storey home - so more the merrier.
